Tiger Fitness can offer a wide range of training to suit your needs. A typical session starts with an informal chat about your goals and what you'd like to achieve. Once we have completed your short term and long term goals a workout and nutrition plan ( if applicable ) to suit your needs. During your session you will be advised on the correct weight / time for your workout and given advice throughout. Sessions can be booked in blocks or single sessions and be meet multiple times per week if need be.
We can offer one-to-one sessions, as a group, or sports team training and base the training to your needs.

Terms & Conditions
Payment will be accepted in cash or cheque or electronic transfer. Training will not commence until payment has been received. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions and will be re- scheduled free of charge. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases when a client is unable to attend. If for any reason Tiger Fitness is unable to attend our pre-arranged session, and advises you less than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded or the session re-arranged at mutual convenience at no cost to yourself.
